Bespoke Consulting
We will partner with you on large, medium or small transformation projects. We are deep listeners and thinkers and will go to the core of what is keeping you/your business stuck in its present state, co-designing holistic and integrated interventions to enable this to shift and lift.
Workshops
1. A Taste of Turquoise
This is a half-day experiential workshop that gives an overview. You will experience what it means to be a conscious leader and learn the basics of how to lead from your heart to bring more of your awareness and capacity to solving complex challenges.
2. Turquoise Leadership Intensive
This workshop is designed to immerse you in what it means to be a conscious leader, and why increasing your awareness of how you perceive and engage with the world to lead from your heart is fundamental to long-term success in business and life. You will leave with specific tools and techniques to support you to continue applying the principles of Conscious Leadership to transform you, your team and your world.
The workshop is experiential, and we invite you to bring real world challenges to be worked, testing and applying the principles and techniques that you learn.
Roundtables
This is an internal session with one or more teams to lift team members’ awareness, consciousness and capacity to address identified challenges.
This can also be undertaken with a team and one or more of their stakeholder groups (internal or external) where collaboration for win/win outcomes is important. The session will lift awareness and build trust and capacity for achieving this.
Executive Mentoring and Coaching – Boards, C Level, Senior and Emerging Leaders
Transformation can speed up when individuals and teams are supported one on one. We never go up alone.
This is available through face to face or video conversations. We work with you to apply the principles and tools of Conscious Leadership to open new possibilities of thought and action for solving your greatest challenges.
